Keliann: Master of the kitchen 

Keliann has helped transform The Little Bastion restaurant kitchen into a hub of creativity and culinary excellence. From the first day he stepped into our kitchen, his passion for cooking was palpable. He brings a fresh perspective to our menu, infusing each dish with innovation and a touch of youthful flair. 

Keliann showcased his potential by mastering various cooking techniques and has been a true pleasure. On World Youth Day, we celebrate Keliann’s dedication, his relentless pursuit of perfection, and his ability to turn ingredients into works of art. 

Kenzo: The face of service excellence 

Kenzo is the epitome of excellent service at The Little Bastion Restaurant. His warm smile and attentive nature have made him a beloved figure among our guests. As part of the restaurant service, Kenzo ensures that every dining experience is memorable. 

Kenzo’s journey began with a keen interest in hospitality, and his natural talent quickly shone through. He has a knack for anticipating guests’ needs, making everyone feel welcome and valued. His professionalism and charm create an atmosphere of comfort and joy, turning meals into delightful experiences. On this World Youth Day, we honour Kenzo for his commitment to service excellence and his ability to bring warmth and positivity to our restaurant. 

Loralynn: The versatile all-rounder 

Loralynn is our all-rounder extraordinaire. Her versatility has seen her excel in various roles, from housekeeping to restaurant service to front office. Loralynn’s adaptability and eagerness to learn have made her an invaluable asset to our team. 

In housekeeping, Loralynn’s attention to detail ensured that every room met the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. In restaurant service, her friendly demeanor and efficiency impressed our guests. At the front office, she handled guest inquiries and reservations with professionalism and grace. Loralynn’s journey through these different roles exemplifies the spirit of youth – curious, resilient, and always ready to take on new challenges. On World Youth Day, we celebrate Loralynn’s multifaceted contributions and her unwavering enthusiasm.
