Check-in and check-out time
Check-in: 15:00 h.
Check-out: 12:00 h.

Payment
Amounts in pounds or dollars are approximate and will vary depending on the exchange rate applicable at the time the booking is made.

Cancellation
Cancellations made up to 14 – 21 days before arrivals entail no charge (14 days low-. Cancellations after this deadline or no-shows will be charged for one night at the rate of the booking made, and the other nights reserved will be cancelled.

Travel agencies conditions will be signed and stipulated with the hotel directly. Group of reservation (3 rooms or more) will be non refundable.

General conditions
The hotel reserves the right to modify, with due notice, conditions of payment and cancellation policy, if the booking is for more than 14 nights or is made during a period of heavy demand or trade fair.
Travel agencies that reserve this type of rates should make prepayment after confirming the booking, and in case of group of reservations (3 or more rooms) the payment will be non refundable.
Full payment will be done by the guests during the check in process upon their arrival.
Drinks are not included in half board (breakfast and evening meal)

Hotel is an adults friendly hotel (12 years old).
