We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team and enhance the experience for our guests at The Little Bastion Restaurant. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages and light snacks to guests at the bar, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations and engage with guests to enhance their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Monitor and restock bar inventory as needed.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Uphold the hotel’s reputation by providing top-notch customer service and maintaining a polished appearance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-end, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of mixology, including the creation of classic and contemporary cocktails
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing outstanding guest service.
