We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented F&B Server to join our team and enhance experience for our guests. The F&B Server will be responsible for serving tables and preparing and serving beverages at the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive and guide them to their tables.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on menu items, beverages, and specials.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system, and communicate orders effectively to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, including dietary restrictions and allergens, to answer guest inquiries.
- Prepare tables for meals, including setting up items such as linens, silverware, and glassware.
- Clear and clean tables promptly after guests have finished dining, and reset tables for the next service.
- Uphold the restaurant’s standards for professionalism, appearance, and conduct.
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as a server or in a similar role in a restaurant setting.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
