We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Pool Waiter to join our team and enhance the poolside experience for our guests. The Pool Waiter will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages and light snacks to guests at the pool area, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests to the pool area, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area, including lounge chairs, umbrellas, and poolside equipment.
- Provide towels and any other requested amenities to guests.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in the pool area, ensuring prompt and accurate delivery.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Pool Attendant or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing outstanding guest service.
