After finishing my Degree in Tourism in 2018, I started to work at Cugó Gran Menorca, where I learned what... it means to work in "great luxury" and the value of excellence in customer service. Following the closure of the hotel, I was offered the opportunity to move to Malta to work at the Cugó Gran Macina, where I learned how the 5* hotel sector is managed, administered, and coordinated. Because of my interest in the sector, I move on the career ladder quite quickly. I initially started off as a waiter, was promoted to Quality and Service Executive and I am now Assistant to the CEO. At Cugó Gran Collection I have acquired the knowledge and experience of what the word "excellence" means, and my main aim is to improve day by day.

I joined Cugó Gran Macina during the pre-opening phase in 2017, embarking on a great journey with the company. It has been a privilege to... witness the hotel’sremarkable growth and transformation over the years. Working alongside many professionals from whom I have learnt so much has thoroughly enriched my experience here. Over the last five years, I have progressed from being a receptionist to the position of Front Office Manager, and I am very pleased to be leading a great team as we strive together to provide exceptional service for our guests and ensure they have a memorable stay with us at the hotel!
